🎉 Get ready for an epic selling extravaganza, as Saturday marks the highly anticipated community garage sale! 🛍️🎈 With 75 participating homes in 2025, this year's sale is sure to be an incredible event! I know that all of our enthusiastic sellers have poured their hearts into curating an unparalleled selection of items that will leave shoppers awe-struck. 

Our team put a great deal of energy into marketing this event…From Craigslist to the Tribune, Facebook groups, Nextdoor, paid social media ads, professional signs, email campaigns, posters, and multiple sites that specialize in garage sales. We've also printed fliers to be left at each participating home with the map of all participants. 

On sale day our team will tackle the day early by placing directional signs and then go to each participating home to spread cheer with delicious donuts!

Our team is so happy about all of the excited participation in this community event. As much as it was about cleaning out the old to make room for the new, it is also about the opportunity to engage, connect, and interact with the vibrant members of our remarkable community. We are so grateful to be rooted in this community and intend to be active participants here and continue to give back in all the ways that we can to this community that we love ❤️
